7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Regular items: Eligible for a full refund to the original payment method
  • Sale items: Eligible for store credit or exchange only — not eligible for a cash refund
  • Final sale items: Not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit
  • Non-returnable: Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or have damaged/removed tags

Return shipping is free. We provide prepaid return labels upon approval. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
