Refund policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with removed or damaged tags
  • Final sale items (marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase) — not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit
  • Sale items — eligible for store credit or exchange only; not eligible for a cash refund

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@lafashionmart.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days
  3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location
  4. Ship to: 4040 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60641 (mail-in address only)

Note: All returns must be shipped by mail using the prepaid label provided. In-store drop-off is not available — the address above is for mail-in returns only and is not a customer-facing return counter.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@lafashionmart.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the desired item. Return shipping on the original item is free.
