Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship? A: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Q: How much is shipping? A: All US orders enjoy FREE standard shipping. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for shipping within the United States.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days after processing. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or sale events. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with estimated delivery dates.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? A: Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We can only modify the address if your order has not yet been shipped. Once an order is in transit, we cannot make changes to the delivery address.

Q: What if my package shows as delivered but I didn't receive it? A: Please check around your property, with neighbors, or with building management if applicable. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 48 hours of the delivered status, and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Q: What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping? A: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy? A: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. All items must be returned in their original condition with original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Q: How do I return an item? A: To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email at info@lafashionmart.com to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Once you receive your Return Authorization (RA) number, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost
  4. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back using the prepaid label we provided
  6. Provide us with the tracking number for your return shipment
  7. Keep your proof of shipment until the return is processed

Return shipping is completely FREE for all eligible returns. We provide prepaid return shipping labels for your convenience.

Q: How long does it take to process a refund? A: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item and verify it meets our return policy requirements. Once processed, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept the following payment methods:

Q: What currency are your prices in? A: All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your financial institution uses a different currency, it will be converted at the applicable exchange rate set by your bank. We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank.

Q: When will my payment be charged? A: Payment is processed at the time of order placement. Your card will be authorized for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. If payment is declined, your order will not be confirmed.

Q: Is my payment information secure? A: Yes, your payment information is completely secure. We use industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your data. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment system and PCI DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Q: What if my payment fails? A: Please verify your payment information and try again. Common reasons for payment failure include insufficient funds, incorrect card information, expired card, or billing address mismatch. If problems persist, please try a different payment method or contact your financial institution for assistance.


Orders

Q: Can I cancel my order? A: Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned after delivery. To request a cancellation, please provide your order number and the email address used for the order.

Q: How do I place an order? A: To place an order:

  1. Browse our website and select the items you wish to purchase
  2. Choose your preferred size and add items to your shopping cart
  3. Proceed to checkout and review your cart
  4. Enter your shipping address and billing information
  5. Select your payment method and enter payment details
  6. Review your order summary and confirm your purchase
  7. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed

Q: Do I need to create an account to place an order? A: No, you can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping information, and receive exclusive offers and promotions.

Q: How can I track my order status? A: You will receive email updates throughout the shipping process, including order confirmation, shipping notification with tracking number, and delivery confirmation. If you have an account, you can also log in to view your order history and status.

Q: What if I ordered the wrong item or size? A: If you ordered the wrong item or size, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update your order. If your order has already shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return for a refund.

Q: How do I find my correct size? A: Please refer to our size chart on each product page. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements to the size chart to ensure the best fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. If you have questions about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.

Q: What if an item I want is out of stock? A: If an item is out of stock, you may see an "Out of Stock" message on the product page. Unfortunately, we cannot place items on hold or provide estimated restock dates. We recommend checking back regularly or signing up for notifications if available.
