Return and refund policy

1. Overview

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, this policy explains how to do so within the 30-day return window.


2. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Condition: Items must remain in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with all original tags intact.
  • Packaging: Original packaging must be used for returns.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

3. Mail-In Returns Only

We currently only accept mail-in returns. In-store returns and delivery services are not currently available. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized return requests may not be accepted.


4. How to Request a Return

  • Contact Us: Please send an email to info@lafashionmart.com to request a return.
  • Return Shipping Label: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost.
  • Return the Item: Please send the item to the address below. Do not mail back items without prior return authorization, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

Return shipping is completely FREE for all eligible returns. We provide prepaid return shipping labels for your convenience.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is damaged or incorrect, we will prioritize your request and provide you with a free replacement or full refund. Please provide clear photos of the item and packaging so we can process your request.

Photo requirements: Please take photos of the damaged area or incorrect details, as well as the packaging appearance, so we can quickly verify and process your request.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:

  • Washed or Modified Items: Items that have been washed, altered, or show any signs of human damage.
  • Damaged Packaging or Tags: Items with damaged original packaging, tears, or removed/damaged tags.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item following the steps above. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


8. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
